Outlook, Thunderbird and Mobile Email Client Settings

In order to send and recieve emails using Email Clients, please make sure to use the following settings in your Email Client:

Without SSL/TLS:
POP Email Client Settings:

If you are using POP Email Client settings, note that all the emails are downloaded to your local device from server. There will not be any emails stored on server once the emails are downloaded.
Username: Full Email Address.
Password: Mailbox Password.
Email Client Settings:
Incoming Server[POP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 110
Security Type: None.
Outgoing Server[SMTP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 25
Security Type: None.

IMAP Email Client Settings:
If you are using IMAP Email Client settings, note that all the emails are downloaded to your local device from server. However, there will also be emails stored on the server even if the emails are downloaded, unless you delete the emails on local client. IMAP is syncing technology where POP is downloading emails.
Username: Full Email Address.
Password: Mailbox Password.
Email Client Settings:
Incoming Server[IMAP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 143
Security Type: None.
Outgoing Server[SMTP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 25 or 587
Security Type: None.

With SSL/TLS:
POP Email Client Settings: 

If you are using POP Email Client settings, note that all the emails are downloaded to your local device from server. There will not be any emails stored on server once the emails are downloaded. 
Username: Full Email Address.
Password: Mailbox Password.
Email Client Settings:
Incoming Server[POP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 995 
Security Type: None. 
Outgoing Server[SMTP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 465
Security Type: None.

IMAP Email Client Settings: 
If you are using IMAP Email Client settings, note that all the emails are downloaded to your local device from server. However, there will also be emails stored on the server even if the emails are downloaded, unless you delete the emails on local client. IMAP is syncing technology where POP is downloading emails. 
Username: Full Email Address.
Password: Mailbox Password.
Email Client Settings:
Incoming Server[IMAP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 993
Security Type: None. 
Outgoing Server[SMTP]: yourdomain.com or cloud100.samnetworks.in
Port: 465
Security Type: None.

Please note that, the MX records for your domain name is pointed to our server or DNS is managed by Sam Networks! Make sure you have secure strong passwords for mailboxes and keep an eye on your email activity.
